Appointments
For an appointment call 801.479.7771 or use our Online Appointment Request Form. Appointments are available Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Saturday from 10:00 am to 3:00pm, and Sunday from 12:00 noon to 3:00pm.
Walk-in patient visits are welcome for illness and injuries. We do require an appointment for routine appointments and physicals.
We make every effort to stay on schedule, although emergencies arise. If we are seriously delayed, we attempt to notify patients beforehand. As a courtesy to other patients and staff, please call the office as soon as possible if you are unable to keep an appointment or are going to be late.
